• Drive the Cyber Security Program of work for FWD Group and all Business Units in Asia Pacific and any new Acquisition

• Lead and be accountable for a wide range of functions and responsibilities by defining and driving the execution of the delivery of transformation of information security functions across FWD Group including all FWD business units (markets) to enable and accelerate FWD to achieve Polaris strategy and cloud enabled transformations

• Enhance the Cyber strategy in alignment with the FWD policies, while driving transformation, working with the Business Units IT Security leads to deliver to FWD business strategy and business risk management needs

• This job has a sizable impact on the entire organization to the extent that its performance severely affects the business, operations and other departments’ performance
  

• Degree from Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent discipline.

• More than 15 years’ experience in Information Technology, Information Security Engineering and/or Identity

• Demonstrated experience of leading Information Security Delivery and Engineering

• Demonstrated people leadership and stakeholder management skills in a multi-cultural environment.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders across different markets and cultures to achieve desired outcome for the benefits of the organization.

• CISSP, CISA, CRISC or ISO27001 Certifications required
  

• Broad and comprehensive understanding of Financial Services industry (insurance in particular) with FWD cross markets knowledge.

• Technology and IT/Cyber Risk Drivers

• Strong understanding of business practices, approaches, organization, politics, and culture

• Program Management / Project Management Life Cycle and Principles

• Comprehensive and relevant KRIs and metrics for Technology Assurance and Information Security Teams

• Strong knowledge on Security Strategy, Architecture, Threat Analysis & Defence, Threat Intelligence & Detection, Cyber Forensics, Cyber Risk Management and Emerging Technology Synthesis

• Broad knowledge and understanding of various functions such as Service Delivery, Problem Management, Change Management and Incident Management

• This role requires someone with in-depth knowledge of multiple organization functions across different markets, industry and business landscape as well as regulatory requirements in order to provide strategic influence, negotiate and/or consult C-suite level stakeholders on competing priorities for inflight projects across the organisation
