Job Description

We are currently actively looking for a Senior Manager/Director of R&D to join a leading Data Centre Operator with aggressive plans to grow their footprint globally. You will be working in an entrepreneurial environment with an A-star team and will also enjoy an attractive remuneration package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all technological and innovation initiatives within the business and the industry.
- Assess the maturity, viability and suitability of different technologies and their applicability to resolve issues
-Work with cross-function teams to architect, design scalable solutions, create collaboration framework and drive proof of concept to potential applications
- Identity needs and opportunities and communicate to the technology community
-Working with technology innovators to bring proposed solution ever

Key Requirements
- Strong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical design documents, control diagrams, building operations, control circuits and Power & HVAC system sequence of operation
- Bachlor's degree in a relevant discitipn, or comparable experience
- At least 5 years of experience in product ownership/ management position with progressively increasing responsibility in managing application / systems and product development projects or in the use of technology in DC environment
- Green buildings and smart FM, real estate learning efficiency
