Playing a crucial role in promoting company culture, you\'ll align attitudes with our Vision, Mission, and Values, fostering an environment where every employee feels valued and empowered.\xe2\x80\x8b
Managing labor relations for 1300 hotel employees, you\'ll ensure compliance and productivity. \xe2\x80\x8b
Through training initiatives, you\'ll drive service excellence and meet objectives.\xe2\x80\x8b
Overseeing Talent & Culture initiatives, including the Performance Management and employee career develop\xe2\x80\x8b
Responsible for the annual Talent & Culture budget and updating monthly forecast.\xe2\x80\x8b
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in similar capacity.\xe2\x80\x8b
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a people-oriented approach, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\xe2\x80\x8b
Proven experience in HR leadership roles, demonstrating a strong track record of success in managing the local labor relations, promoting company culture, and driving organizational objectives.\xe2\x80\x8b
Experience with HRIS systems like Time & Attendance System, is highly preferred
