About this role:
We are looking for a Director, Revenue Operations to lead the Revenue Operations team in New Ventures, focusing on the Udemy Business (UB) business. The New Ventures team is responsible for accelerating Udemy\'s growth in international markets. We work with strategic partners in select markets, currently Japan, South Korea, China and Vietnam. The mission of the Operations team is to enable GTM teams to scale and grow top-line revenue efficiently. This role will manage a team to work with the New Ventures leadership on supporting, planning, reporting and execution of the GTM team\'s goals (e.g. Sales, Customer Success and Marketing).
The ideal candidate must be a leader with a strong analytical and problem-solving skill-set, as well as experience building and running a Revenue Operations team in a start-up environment and growing it to a substantial scale. Drawing from best practices while creatively applying new thinking to the unique challenges of the New Ventures team would be critical for success in this position. This role will report into the President of New Ventures.
