About this role:

We are looking for a Director, Revenue Operations to lead the Revenue Operations team in New Ventures, focusing on the Udemy Business (UB) business. The New Ventures team is responsible for accelerating Udemy\'s growth in international markets. We work with strategic partners in select markets, currently Japan, South Korea, China and Vietnam. The mission of the Operations team is to enable GTM teams to scale and grow top-line revenue efficiently. This role will manage a team to work with the New Ventures leadership on supporting, planning, reporting and execution of the GTM team\'s goals (e.g. Sales, Customer Success and Marketing).

The ideal candidate must be a leader with a strong analytical and problem-solving skill-set, as well as experience building and running a Revenue Operations team in a start-up environment and growing it to a substantial scale. Drawing from best practices while creatively applying new thinking to the unique challenges of the New Ventures team would be critical for success in this position. This role will report into the President of New Ventures.

What you\'ll be doing:

  • Ensure accurate reporting and data integrity across relevant metrics
  • Prescribe, implement, manage and simplify processes
  • Evolve the Go To Market (GTM) technology stack to support the needs of the business
  • Establish and own consistent and predictable forecasting across all elements of GTM
  • Be a proactive agent of growth and advisor to New Ventures leadership and be the voice to the broader global operations team with relevant stakeholders
  • Partner with global Udemy Business Revenue Operations team to manage and deliver on cross-functional programs
What you\'ll have:
  • Track record of building and managing an Operations team in high growth B2B SaaS organizations
  • Strong Sales Operations experience
  • Good understanding of Customer Success and Marketing Ops and how to work sucessfully with them
  • Experience with partner relationship models and international markets
  • Ability to roll your sleeves up and get into the details whilst being able to zoom \xe2\x80\x9cin and out\xe2\x80\x9d; think strategically, execute flawlessly
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Executive-level verbal & written communication skills
  • Desire to influence execution and lead change management
  • Japanese/ Korean/ Mandarin language skills (Preferred but not required)
