• Drive key sales activities in the region
• Manage a portfolio of set accounts
• Deliver increased market penetration
• Generate leads & convert into revenue based on financial objectives
• Organize & attend multiple regional and international events
• In Direct contact with L&L Hotels around the world
• Define strategies & action plans with key stakeholers
• Manage budget and expenditures
• Update and report accurately on all required data

• Minimum 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years of experience in a similar Global Sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Excellent Luxury Sales knowledge
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and work with various stakeholders across all levels
• Collaborative, empathetic and innovative
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of Japanese and/ or other Asian languages will be a plus
• Extensive periods of travelling expected

• Based at either Accor Bangkok or Singapore office
• Reports to Executive Director of Sales Luxury & Lifestyle, India, Middle East & APAC
