Job Purpose:Plans and directs sales activities for the Singapore\'s channel sales market to achieve revenue and yield profit goals. Manage business opportunities, assigns and manage account responsibilities, establishes and maintains communications between sales and marketing and business functions. Establishes and maintains positive relationships with partners and suppliers/vendors. Brings together and deploys the individuals processes and resources to meet customer needs. Drives focus on company income from sales.Responsibilities:Manage the Sales Departments resources and personnel to obtain maximum benefit.Drive regular sales cadence across the accounts in collaboration with the product marketing team and other business functions.Formulate and recommend plans policies goals and objectives for the organizations sales activities to expand market share in existing markets and capture new markets.Develop and executive both short- and long-range sales plans and programs in conjunction with Senior Management to ensure profitability and growth of the company\'s products.Knowledge, Skills and Experience15+ years sales experience with established local relationship in Singapore\'s IT distribution/system integrator/ISV capacity.8+ years management experienceEducation and Certification(s): Minimum high school Diploma or equivalent.What\xe2\x80\x99s In It For You?
