Job Description


:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy and plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales growth.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients/customers, building and maintaining relationships to generate sales leads.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position the company\'s products/services.
  • Continuously monitor customer needs and market demands, adapting sales strategies and offerings accordingly.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication among the sales team.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the senior management team.
  • Monitor and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and efficient resource allocation.

Job Requirements:
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above in Business or related field.
  • Proven experience as Sales manager or in other managerial position
  • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
