Job Description
Manage the Bank\'s corporate tax affairs in Asia Pacific region. Lead the development and maintenance of the Bank\'s Tax Governance Framework.Job Responsibilities
- Assist with developing and maintaining the Bank\'s Tax Governance Framework.
- Manage local corporate tax compliance matters in Singapore Office.
- Oversee the automation of corporate taxation processes in Singapore Office.
- Lead the corporate tax team in providing tax advice on cross-border transactions.
- Manage tax disputes in Asia Pacific region.
- Coordinate the BEPS 2.0 Pillar Two implementation in Asia Pacific region.
- Degree in Accountancy or Business
- At least 10 years of financial services tax experience in financial institutions or public accounting firm in Singapore.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Team oriented, and able to work under tight timelines
- Excellent project management skills to coordinate regional assignments.
- Good leadership skills to drive outcomes.
