Job Description

Description The Document Controller is responsible for ensuring all technical documents are file and maintain under the organisation document control procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth progress of documentations and drawings and completions of project assigned.

• Assist Manager and project administrative work.

• Organizing and filing of technical documents and correspondence with internal and external customers for all document transmitted.

• Contribute to compilation of final project dossiers, as built portfolios and archiving.

• Monitoring and Updating EDCL (Engineering Document Control List) to ensure all the drawings/documents status are in latest condition Produce exception reports on late documentation for management review.

• Update information on the Weld Inspection Management System

• Maintain and Update the CPAR Log

• Maintain the Update the Equipment Calibration Record in the project

• Co-ordinating drawings/documents flow between site and main office in Singapore.

• Preparing in Mechanical Catalogues for submission to client.

• Preparing and distributing drawings to QC personnel

• Compilation and update listing and drawings and documents

• Consolidate status of submission and send reminder to concerned parties for any outstanding drawings and documents.
  

• GCE A Lever or ITE in Engineering preferred but those with relevant working experience in Oil and Gas industry is an added advantage

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience

• Proficient in MS office.
