Responsibilities: Compile day-to-day QA/QC documents and inspection reports onto the system To extract and develop inspection records to form the Manufacturer Record Book (MRB) and submission to TPI / Customer Representative for endorsement To compile Final MRB as per required format and requirement To build equipment traceability sheet, review and verify for correctness Manage Final MRB review by TPI To prepare and filing of MRB copy per Woodside / NOC customer requirement To prepare Certificate of Conformance for shipment of equipment Any other ad hoc duties assigned Requirements: Minimum GCE 'O' levels or Diploma, with at least 2 years work experience in a similar capacity preferably in the manufacturing sector Working experience in a similar Oil & Gas Industry (QAQC discipline) will be highly preferred Good proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat application Good verbal and written communication skills Committed, meticulous and a good team player Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports for easy retrieval and reference Work location: Tuas West Drive All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
