Maintain project related files; AutoCad drawings, correspondences and other documentation in a systematic and organized manner (e.g. Project Filing Code)
Establish and implement an efficient project-related document control register and procedures between various locations (e.g. site and office).
Plan, supervise and record document flow to and from all necessary parties, including consultants, contractors and authorities.
Ensure that review and approval of drawings and other pertinent documents requiring review and approval are strictly monitored.
Direct coordination with all Consultants with regards to submission of drawings and documents.
Ensure that drawings and documents are of latest versions for project team use at all times.
Assist the Project General Manager and other project managers in managing the site office
Assist logistics management of the site office (e.g. office supplies and inventory)
Any other duties assigned.
Requirements
Professional qualification (bachelor degree and/or diploma) in building, real estate management, architectural studies or civil engineering from a recognised university / polytechnic or other tertiary institution;
Minimum 3 years of experience as a project administrator or site administrator / document control clerk at a real estate developer, construction & engineering contractor or consultancy
Must be a well-organised individual who pays attention to details
