FRESH ENGINEERING DIPLOMA/ DEGREE GRADUATE ARE WELCOME Job Highlights: - * Salary Range: $2,500 to $3,200 * Location: Sungei Kadut * Working Days: Mon to Fri * Working Hours: 8 FRESH ENGINEERING DIPLOMA/ DEGREE GRADUATE ARE WELCOME Job Highlights: - Salary Range: $2,500 to $3,200 Location: Sungei Kadut Working Days: Mon to Fri Working Hours: 8am to 5pm Benefits: 13 month bonus & variable bonus (subject to company performance) Job Responsibilities: - Ensure preparation of project document in accordance with customer expectation Take ownership of allocated project documentation work Proactive communication with vendors for projects/ MRO documentation support request. Understanding customers businesses and processes Prompt resolution of customers concerns and inquiries. Including QA documentation. (Customer maybe direct or indirect) Driven to close final documentation request Work closely with execution team to understand project requirement Work closely with Finance team to follow up on retention invoicing Prompt attention to incoming calls / emails. May be required to make customer calls with Regional Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, Sales Representatives and Sales Managers SAP reporting requirements (If applicable) Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements: - Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Field preferred Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field Valve knowledge strongly preferred SAP knowledge preferred High level of accuracy and attention to detail Fast Learner and to be able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to work independently with minimum supervision Strong Multi-Tasking Skill Shows initiative and takes ownership of tasks Take initiative on following up activities Strong proficiency with software skills (Especially Microsoft Words & Excel, Adobe Acrobat Standard)
