Administer and ensure legal obligations and authorities’ requirements are complied with.
Prepare reports for update to the management.
Update and maintain tenants’, repair requests or any dormitory related records.
Work closely with security personnel on the enforcement of dormitory rules and regulations.
Brief new tenants on Dormitory’s rules & regulations
Establish, monitor and ensure maintenance/repair works (for dormitory and office premises) are done in a timely manner.
Supervise and monitor the performance of the security and other service providers.
Attend to any emergencies at the dormitory.
Any other duties as may be deemed suitable to the post and within the context of the contract of employment. Priorities are likely to vary from time to time.
Qualifications / Requirements
Certificate in Building or Facilities management discipline
2 years’ experience in similar capacity
Good communications and co-ordination skills
Medically fit and be in good physique as there are no lifts in our dormitory
Independent, meticulous, tactful individual who is able to multi-task efficiently
Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office application especially in MS Excel and Words
5.5-day work week
