Prepare and serve traditional beverages (coffee, tea, juices, smoothies) and toast according to standard recipes.
Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
Supervise stall assistants and oversee daily stall operations.
Manage stock levels, place replenishment orders, and control wastage.
Oversee POS cashier operations and ensure smooth transactions.
Maintain hygiene standards, including proper cleaning and sanitisation of utensils and equipment.
Ensure compliance with SFA food hygiene and safety guidelines (Food Hygiene Certificate required).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience in F&B stall operations or beverage preparation is an advantage.
