Responsibilities: l Develop and implement e-commerce strategy in order to improve sales performance.l Create compelling visual content for various social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, and the like.l Monitor trends and continuously benchmark various industry, thought leaders, influencers, entrepreneurs, and the like, and appropriately apply that knowledge to create effective content.l Uncover trends, sounds, and viral concepts, by searching hashtags, brands, and other influencers from several social media channels.l Coordinates and works closely with the marketing communication, web and design teams, video team, or cross-departments to ideate and define content goals.l Collaborate with marketing team to improve the branding of brands handledl Work with cross functional team members like Retail, Marketing, and Operations.l Directly handles online merchandising team to create and implement online promotion plans and effective merchandising strategies.l Directly handles online operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.l Research the market in order to discover new trends to improve performance.
