Recruitment Business Unit Head (FDW)Aptiv8 Pte Ltd is a fast growing company which target audience is the 1 million migrant workers in Singapore, and the multi millions overseas.We have a digital platform (FWapp mobile app) of strong SOCIAL branding (in partnership with Ministry of Manpower - MOM, and supporting Singapore Police Force - SPF on Crime Prevention Advisory), and has more than 100k downloads that made us uniquely ahead of competition. FWapp is also a Job Portal that is popular with majority of migrant both local and overseas.(Aptiv8 is Top 6th WP applications in Singapore, ref: MOM website as at July'21).We are expanding our business and therefore hiring recruitment experts to join our dedicated team. If you are dynamic and organized, have a passion for learning and seeking breakthrough, be one of our likeminded professionals now!Responsibilities: Develop new EA/recruitment business unit of FDW sector Recruit and manage new FDW EA team Leverage on current administration and logistics support, to set-up customized 300 degrees SOP / Administration / Filing for new business unit Set-up and lead team achieve KPI for team and individual Acquisitions of employers and local/overseas candidates Monitor and ensure both Fees Collection & workers Handover Set-up Key/Big Accounts management Development and implementation of digital & social media approach Dispute management Ensure and maintain smooth liaison between Management, Finance/HR, and Support/Admin Ensure adequate reports submissionsRequirements: At least 2 years recruitment experience in FDW sector Resourceful local/overseas network of FDW workers Resourceful network of FDW employers Leadership experience Business development experience & Track Record (an advantage) Possess CEI Basic license MUST BE Responsible, organized and with good self-discipline Highly passionate and committed, and can take pressure Positive, Proactive & Results orientedBasic Salary: $3,500 - $5,000Commission: Individual & Overriding5 days work week, 9am to 6pm+ 1 Sat per month 10am to 3pm+ 1 Sun per month 12pm to 8pmJob Type: Full-time, PermanentInterested candidate pls whatsapp Roland +6597670126Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per monthSchedule:
