Job Description
This role will be reporting to the Head of Digital and be the pioneer team to set up the ecommerce website. This role will be the responsible for the day to day digital, supply chain and customer service operation for their ecommerce business across SEA region.

Description
- Responsible for all ecommerce integration from product till customer service
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the website and campaign is properly done
- Develop strategy to optimise the sales conversion rates
- Partner with internal stakeholders to set up webpage with relevant content based on marketing and promotion calendars
- Responsible to manage the warehouse and customer service vendor to ensure the delivery process
Min 5 years of ecommerce experience including website management / digital operations / supply chain operations
Understand the D2C business and consumer online buying behaviours
Excellent understand of SEA ecommerce market
Team player with cross cultural communication skills
