ZEN\xe2\x80\x99YU is an Authorized Distributor for a number of premium sports, medical and lifestyle products sourced from US, UK, Switizerland, Australia and New Zealand.

ZEN\xe2\x80\x99YU distribute its products through retail pharmacy chain stores, departmental stores, and a network of medical & sports resellers.

With its own flagship store ACTIV360 by ZEN\xe2\x80\x99YU at #02-04 Orion@Paya Lebar.and online store, www.360activ.com, and participate in marketplaces such as Redmart, LazMall, ShopeeMall, NTUC Online, Qoo10, Amazon etc.



Job scope and responsibilities: -

• Manage company\xe2\x80\x99s e-commerce platforms viz., 360ACTIV, Redmart, LazMall, ShopeeMall, NTUC Online, Amazon, Qoo10 etc
• Product Listings management for all platforms including content, product photos, videos, copy writing. Ensure consistencies across all platforms.
• Engage in campaign management, including planning of product promotion, product launches, product listing, digital marketing campaign follow-up.
• Develop and implement demand generation plans to grow site revenue.
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory across all platforms, maintain accurate stock levels and updates.
• Maintain and ensure all products information viz., pricing, stock availability etc., up to date and available for sale.
• Response to eCommerce customer inquiries and concern through web chat, phone, and emails.
• Managing eCommerce customer\xe2\x80\x99s comment and review through social media.
• Monitor day-to-day activities on all platforms; tracking overall performance to achieve goals, improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales, and developing brand loyalty.
• Generate data analysis and sales reports on a regular basis.
• Assist with order fulfilment.

Qualifications:- * At least a Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline in particular E Commerce.

• Minimum of 2 years of equivalent work experience in handling Shopify E-commerce platform, Redmart, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon etc.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Adobe Photoshop skills preferable.
