Job Location SingaporeWe\'re looking for a driven team member to own and manage our digital AI systems both internally with regional markets across Asia, Middle East & Africa; and externally with multiple vendor partners.The role will report to our Sales Director.The successful candidate will:

• manage, coordinate, track, and validate large sets of data and invoices, and apply critical problem solving to resolve issues.
• be a part of both the internal and external Sales organization and vendors, working closely with Sales Directors on Ecommerce Content, Listings, analysis & performance verifications
• Will grow your skills day-in, day-out as the fast pace of Ecommerce Sales and digital landscape continues to evolve.

Job QualificationsMinimum A\xe2\x80\x99Level / Diploma Qualification \xe2\x80\x93 preferably in Business/Computer Science fields of study but all are welcome * Demonstrated leadership skills; ability to manage multiple complex projects

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders both verbally and written
• Advanced Excel skills is mandatory - knowledge to utilize pivot tables and dissect raw data
• Advanced Powerpoint - create professional and polished Powerpoint presentations.
• Conscientiousness and Agility - Proven ability to lead several priorities effectively, comfortable with ambiguity and adapt to changing business needs and priorities with strong follow through. A self-starter who can work independently and with a consistent track record of delivering results.
