Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business xe2x80x93 they were made just right for you.Job PurposeLead and drive sales performance management, rewards governance, and sustainability initiatives across the CBG region, ensuring alignment with regulatory and bank standards, and driving the adoption of best practices.ResponsibilitiesSales Performance Management:

  • Own and drive sales performance across all CBG sales roles, including Treasures, Retail Products, and Emerging Affluent segments.
  • Manage and deliver against all key Sales KPIs, including overall channel performance vs. targets/budgets, headcount planning, performance management, and payout design.
  • Partner with Country CBG and Sales leadership to address issues impacting sales outcomes and behavior.
  • Develop and implement best-in-class sales initiatives to maintain a highly productive and motivated sales force.
Sales & Reward Governance and Compliance:
  • Co-own the Regional Incentive Governance Committee (RIGC) and own the Regional Incentive Framework.
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements related to incentive management are met.
  • Design and execute the Regional Best-Of-Best Program.
  • Maintain the Tactical Rewards Framework and track/remediate sales-related incidents.
  • Ensure consistent sales advisory practices and drive sales process improvements.
  • Review audit findings and sales issues impacting the CBG advisory process.
  • Handle all regulatory and audit inquiries related to sales processes and incentives.
  • Ensure compliance with best sales practices and mandates, mitigating reputational, regulatory, and financial risks.
Strategic Initiatives:
  • Lead strategic initiatives across growth markets, including Treasures International, cross-border initiatives, and sustainability projects.
  • Drive the implementation and progress of Treasures MTJs across CBG markets.
  • Oversee strategic initiatives such as the Taiwan ex-Citi staff retention program, India RM performance management, and Indonesia Path to Profitability.
Sustainability Leadership:
  • Own the Regional CBG Sustainability scorecard, design inputs, track, and drive delivery.
  • Represent CBG in the Group Sustainability Council (GSC).
  • Own CBG inputs and content in the Annual Sustainability Report.
  • Drive sustainability-related product innovation and report on CBG's sustainability impact.
  • Own the design and implementation of CBG Sustainability strategy.
  • Empower CBG teams to incorporate sustainability into their business strategies.
  • Co-own the CBG Regional Sustainability Governance Framework.
Requirements
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, Law or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in business development, strategy planning, or a related field within the financial services industry, preferably in consumer banking or wealth management.
  • Basic qualification/ certification in Sustainable finance management
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of sales performance management, rewards governance, and sustainability practices.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and manage multiple strategic projects.
  • Excellent problem solving & execution skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
  • Understanding of compliance, control & governance related to CBG in general esp. familiarity with MAS expectations
  • Experience in developing quality sales team & ensuring compliance
