Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

- Develop and execute the customer success strategy for Electronic Trading - Delivers against set objectives Electronic Trading with a considerable level of expertise and specialisation in the relevant product lines.

- Understands overall product roadmap and strategy, tracking strategic KPIs, drawing insights and conclusions from data.

- Manages own work proactively and other\xe2\x80\x99s accordingly and as directed by senior colleagues to meet overall objectives.

- Contributes to product marketing to ensure content is appropriately provided

- Seeks the expansion / improvement of existing products within own remit rather than the conceptualisation of new products, establishing the business case for product enhancements.

- Ensures client engagement, communicates roadmaps to the client community and is responsible for feedback.

- Provides guidance on strategy, design, business requirements, feature and functionality trade-offs and release schedule for Electronic Trading.

- Works closely with client teams to gather and prioritize client feedback to drive innovation and increase client adoption and retention.
