Elite US law firm looking for midlevel Project Finance associate to join their Singapore office. This is a great opportunity to join a top ranked Project Finance practice in Asia. The Firm\xe2\x80\x99s clients include multinational banks, key financial institutions, and leading companies in the energy, infrastructure, mining, transport, and telecommunications sectors.
- Candidates should have good knowledge of international finance law and the analytical skill to navigate the contractual intricacies of complex, cross-border transactions.
- Experience working for top tier lenders and sponsors in connection with project, corporate and acquisition financing mandates in the energy infrastructure and resources sectors is a plus.
- Candidates admitted in Commonwealth jurisdictions (e.g. Singapore, Hong Kong, England & Wales, ANZ) or the U.S. are welcome to apply.
- 3-5+ years PQE with top tier international law firm project finance experience and strong academic records.
- Fluency in an Asian language (e.g. Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu or Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
- Top salary + relocation + low taxes.
