Job Summary
The Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) role provides consulting and direction regarding employee and labour relations matters to executives, managers and employees throughout the organization and other Lines of Business organisation. The ERBP helps ensure the legal compliance, adherence to and consistent application of policies and practices. This work is accomplished through collaboration with multiple partners and functions.
