THERE IS A PLACE FOR YOU HERE!Be part of our diverse and inclusive team.Job ResponsibilitiesTo be able to interact and provide high level engagement to the visitors.Engaging visitors and creating fun, impromptu activities for the visitors in the artwork space.Organize and running programmes and events.Be able to lead tours and be conversant during the tours.Knowledgeable in all facets of all the Attraction operations.To work with the Engagement Specialist on the planning, the development and implementation of new strategic initiatives for the Attractions team.Perform duties responsibly and is accountable to the Engagement Specialist for the smooth running of operations and any other duties assigned.Any other related duties as directed.Job RequirementsEducation & CertificationNo formal education requiredExperienceMin 1 year of experience in hospitality and attractions industryOther PrerequisitesPossess a good sense of spontaneous positivity and creative impromptu thinkingEnthusiastic attitude and vibrant persona with an eagerness for friendly interactionsPassionate and love interacting with childrenA well-groomed and professional appearance.Proficient in written and spoken English (essential), and at least one other spoken language/dialect (desirable)Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Able to communicate effectively to a broad range of audiences, in person or online.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.Marina Bay Sands is committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, providing equal opportunities as we grow our talent base to match our growth ambitions in Singapore.
