Our Customer Engagement Team (CET) is responsible for managing a portfolio of executive-level programs and a network of state-of-art centers designed to deepen customer and partner relationships, accelerate cloud growth, and inspire through the art of the possible.
We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a Customer Engagement Program Manager for our Experience Center Asia in Singapore. Our program engages enterprise customers and partners onsite at our center and through digital briefings. In this role, you will work closely with global sales teams to understand our customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and design high-impact briefing agendas, bringing together the right content, speakers, and immersive experiences to delight our customers, strengthening their trust in Microsoft to increase the adoption of Microsoft\xe2\x80\x99s solutions. You will do this as part of a team committed to Microsoft\xe2\x80\x99s culture and an inclusive environment. This role will provide career development through visibility to the breadth of Microsoft\xe2\x80\x99s solutions, executives, and global customers.
