Job Description


:In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales and project teams by managing approvals, facilitating contract processes, and ensuring smooth order processing for Life Science GIU Research Consulting division. This position requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as you will be interacting with various internal departments.Responsibilities:Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales and project teams with deal processing and contract management.
  • Process and track consulting sales orders, quotes, and contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely order booking by coordinating with internal departments, including Customer Deal Desk, legal, finance, and operations
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data and relevant information.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks in the contract lifecycle.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency gains within the team.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in contract administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with consulting contract management processes and procedures.
  • Familiarity with Oracle systems, particularly approvals, order processing and quoting, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Mandarin fluency is mandatory to deal with customers across APAC region.
