Driven by Singapore Sustainability Roadmap and the global demand in sustainability, our team is expanding, and we are looking for candidates who expressed interest in the built environment to provide advisory to stakeholders and lead project team to attain their sustainable goals and visions. We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our organization. Currently we are looking for candidate across all positions and we will base on your experience to decide which position you will be suitable. /Responsibility:

• to lead in creating sustainability roadmap, sustainability solution and lead in project execution, providing quality deliverables aligned to client\xe2\x80\x99s expectation

• to lead in design meeting and design workshop, and collaborate with other key stakeholders at each project milestones (from design stage, tender stage, construction stage to operation stage). Topics can range from:

• Building certifications \xe2\x80\x93 Green Mark/ LEED/ WELL etc.

• Energy Audit & Water Audit

• Circular Economy

• Net Zero Carbon & Carbon Neutrality

• Carbon Accounting and Reporting

• GHG data reporting

• ESG

• to lead and manage a team of Environmental Sustainability Design (ESD) engineers and nurture the team by providing guidance and motivating the team towards project closure and training them to be subject matter of expert

• to oversee all projects within the team and ensure all team members can complete quality deliverables on time

• to be responsible for setting KPI and tack project progress of the team members

• to be a technical expert and build up technical capability of the team members

• to provide support for team members and plan for team expansion, including interview and resources planning for the team

• to explore and execute new and innovative solution to enhance sustainability roadmap amidst growing demand and expectation from client, with regard to sustainability goals and visions

• Have good command of written and spoken English

• Possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Building Services or equivalent

• At least 5 years of working experience for Manager and Assistant Manager Role in the following

• Green Building certifications

• Energy Audit & Water Audit

• Circular Economy

• Net Zero Carbon & Carbon Neutrality

• Carbon Accounting and Reporting

• GHG data reporting

• ESG reporting

• Proven track record in leading and completing sustainability advisory and green certification

• Well verse in Global Sustainability Certification Framework, Best Practises, and Regulatory Requirements

• Ability to view things strategically, understanding the stakeholder requirements and identifying the most efficient solutions and enabling quality deliverables

• Able to multi tasks, work with fast paced environment, cope with stress and a self-motivated person

• Passionate about sustainability and making an impact to grow together with the company and grow together with the team

• Possess good interpersonal skill, communication skills and problem-solving skill

• Collaborative, hands on approach, getting involved, leading but also being able to listen to group consensus

• Excellent team-working, and ability to mentor, manage and inspire your colleagues

• Enjoy meeting new people and a team player

• Added advantage if you hold Green Mark Advanced Accredited Professional / SCEM / LEED AP / WELL AP or related sustainability accreditation

• Added advantage if you have prior working knowledge of ACMV designs, Building Services, Facilities Management and related is a plus.

• Broad based experience of computer systems and MS Office applications
