As a Software Engineering Manager, you will manage a high efficient team in delivering a large scale and sustainable system for the company to ensure the seamless experience for the users. The person in this role are responsible to expand the team to be the top in the industry too. Adecco is partnering with a social media company. They are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join their growing team. Responsibilities:
- You will be working on designing the system structure and provide support in technical for engineers
- Align with product and org objectives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams on delivering key results
- Define long term technical roadmap for the team
- Contribute to technical decisions on projects among the product
- Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
- 2+ years managing or tech-leading a software engineering team
- 5+ years of large scale backend system development experience
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical collaborators across functions and level
- Prepare an updated resume (include your current salary package with full breakdown such as base, incentives, annual wage supplement, etc.), the expected package and reasons for leaving.
