Engineering Manager

\xe2\x80\x8bAn exciting opportunity has opened up at an international financial institution looking for an experienced Engineering Manager. In this role, you will provide leadership and guidance to the existing team as well as manage delivery timelines on various projects. You will also support and drive the transformation and upgrade of their payments and several core banking products on a multi-year project. Candidates with experience in designing and architecting large scale solutions and leading teams of developers will be viewed favourably. You will work alongside SMEs, architects and developers to make this happen. Be part of this journey where you get to orchestrate and finesse the evolution of banking.
Requirements:
At least 4-5 years managing a team and delivery of a major development project
At least 10 years of Software Engineering experience in enterprise level applications
Deep Java Development background with security aspect of banking in mind
Experienced in Banking technology and systems
Experienced in DevOps
