Duration: 6 months (contract)
Workdays: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Thu) and 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)
Salary: Diploma $2,800.00 / Degree - $3,450.00

Job Deescription:
EMA is looking for an experienced event executive to join the team that oversees Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s annual flagship energy event, the Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW).
Into its 16th edition, SIEW will run from 23-27 October 2023. It comprises a schedule of energy-focused conferences, exhibitions, and meetings, as well as webinars in the run-up to the main event.
The event executive will have the opportunity to be fully involved in the planning and execution of SIEW\xe2\x80\x99s key components including managing registrations, database consolidation, website content updates, speakers/sponsors follow-ups and other operational support as assigned.
This will be an excellent role if you enjoy working on events and in a dynamic team.
Job Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 At least 2-3 years of experience in running events
\xc2\xb7 Meticulous, able to multi-task and work with tight deadlines
\xc2\xb7 Must be adaptable and enjoys engaging different stakeholders
\xc2\xb7 Good writing, presentation and project management skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
