Event Operations Intern

The Event Secret Service (ESS) is seeking to hire an Event Operations Intern to serve in the Event Operations Department. The intern will have the opportunity to work in one of three sub-departments: Human Resources, Corporate Branding, or Administration. General Role - Event Operations :

Support event logistics by setting up equipment and providing on-site assistance during events.

Manage operational aspects, including pre-event preparations, timelines, quotations, and logistical requirements.

Assist in event hire recruitment processes and handle contract administration.

Contribute to the development and implementation of event plans, timelines, and schedules.

Coordinate event staffing, organize members\' attendance details, and provide excellent customer service to event attendees.

Support Role - Human Resources :

Efficiently manage end-to-end payroll processing for part time employees, encompassing salary, commission, and claims.

Maintain accurate employee data in the HR system , Foster employee engagement through site visits, organize events, and coordinate impactful training programs.

Support Role - Corporate Branding :

Develop engaging video content for Instagram and TikTok, overseeing the entire process.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across EDMs, social media, and the website.

Support Role - Administration & Business Development :

Conduct a wide range of advanced administrative tasks, such as calendar management and quotation management.

Possess strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks strategically. Plan, manage, and execute various admin meeting tasks such as scheduling client meeting and meeting communications

The Event Operations Internship at ESS is designed to enhance interns\' skills in communication, technology, quantitative reasoning, and teamwork. It affords opportunities to engage with professional mentors, expand networks within the event industry, and gain valuable exposure. The internship prioritizes the support of interns\' professional development, providing a solid foundation for their future careers in event operations.

Qualifications:

1. A Level Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

- Holds a Diploma in Marketing & Event Management or related disciplines.

2. While event management experience is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. Demonstrates excellent communication and written skills.

4. Exhibits a high level of organizational skills and meticulous follow-up. Capable of planning and managing timelines across multiple projects.

5. Possesses good interpersonal skills to effectively engage with event partners and external vendors.
