Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Replying inquiry, preparing quotation & follow up on payments
• To promote and sell event space to client
• To maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new clients by providing support, information and guidance
• Setting and achieving sales objectives, occupancy rates, and pricing
• Preparing space sales reports and summarizing information of competitors
• To meet and exceed KPI targets
• Maintaining space & office daily operation
• Monitoring & updating of space booking status
• Track and follow up on space activities
• Supervise space & office inventory check & replenishment
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in this capacity is preferred.
• Degree and above
• Good computer knowledge
• Highly motivated, good working attitude, good customer service and strong sense of responsibilities.
• Positive mind-set and a solution focused approach
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to converse fluently in English & Mandarin

Skills:

• Possess excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Proficient in social media platforms (eg. Facebook, Instagram, Wechat, etc.)
• Experience in managing online space platform, website and social media will an added advantage

Salary Package:

• Basic Salary: SGD 2,500 - 3,000/month
• Entitled to commission
• Normal working hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
