DESIGNATION : Events Associate (Atrium)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sourcing and securing of event sites
• Pre-event Planning and processes
• Corresponding with event vendors
• Corresponding with contractors and service providers
• Event setup & tear down
• Post event reports and processes

• Diploma in any Discipline or O Level with minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Experience in retail industries
• System knowledge in - MS Office, Google Suite etc.
• Motivated, meticulous and results oriented
• Resourceful and problem solver
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to perform collaborative work effectively with a variety of stakeholders etc
• Able to work off-office hour and weekends if necessary
• Physically fit
