We require a Leader who is experienced in Large Crowd Events Coordination and Management to assist us in organizing and leading a Public Event of Size 60-400 pax


Designation: Large Event Lead/Lead Instructor Date: 1st July - 30 August (2 Months)

Roles:
1. Plan, Conceptualize, Execute, Run and Lead/Instruct STEM Event (Robotics/Drones/Coding)
2. Ensure budgets are met
3. Ensure Safety Issues are met
4. Manage a Team of Managers and Part Time Staff to manage crowd and Program

Pre-requisites
1. Designed and Executed Large Events with a team before (60pax - 400 pax)
2. Detailed, Meticulous, Calm under Pressure, and Commanding Presence
3. Understand how to manage different stakeholders needs and wants
4. Pleasant, Polite, Responsible and able to control 60-400 children with a team
5. Able to manage and instruct a crowd fluently using Mandarin 50% / English 50%

Training
1. Basic Training provided for Robotics Programming
2. Basic Training provided for Drones Flying and Safety
3. Basic Training provided for Coding
