Job Description


RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS

  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Manage restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s image and suggest ways to improve it
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
  • Plan and Coordinate all event operations matters with the team
  • Manage event operations from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
  • Ensure the event\xe2\x80\x99s success and budget adherence
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers (when required)
  • Direct liaison with Client/Event Host and all third party vendor (eg. contractors, DJs, AV supplier)
  • Supervise all staff and third party vendors
  • Ensure all aspects of the event preparation and se-up is ready before the day of the event
  • Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
  • Analyze the event\xe2\x80\x99s success and prepare reports
