Identify and prioritize the largest opportunities, as well as create and manage new efficiency opportunities from ideation to launch . Lead and build the team with strong capabilities Requirements: . Master/Bachelor degree or higher with minimum of 8-10 years on e-commerce product design or related experience in e-commerce sector . Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization . Outstanding writing, presentation, commercial and communication skills . Strong leadership, collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment . Fluent oral and written English . Can-do attitude, flexible, intellectually curious, willing to work with cross-functional, global team . Give presentations and deliver materials with skill, confidence, and credibility . Ability to travel regionally on a regular basis
