Agency Promotions and Operations team supports Agency in 4 key areas:

As a team member in Agency Promotions and Operations, you will have a chance to be exposed to all the different functions within the team. For this opportunity, you will be reporting to a manager in Agency Admin, focusing mainly on Agency Operations and Support.
Key responsibilities include:
Agency Operations
Consumer Promotion (“CP”)
Appeals management (CP based on issued cases)
MFP checking (CP based on submitted cases)
Facilitate on procurement requests from Agency, including branches
Checking & sending of emails to/from the various Agency mailboxes
Office & facilities management for Agency
Ensure all notices in office are updated
Ensure all office equipment are in working condition
Work with Office Services to request replacement/ new &/or repair required items
Reports tracking and monitoring
Regular Agency Reporting
Daily and weekly Agency reports
Quarterly review and follow up on rank & contract maintenance.
Higher appointment
Assist the officer-in-charge in providing the production report for candidates applying for higher appointment
Agency Support
Regulatory compliance requirement:
Quarterly tracking and monitoring of promotees up to 12 months post higher appointment
Follow up with leaders to close the loop on regulatory matters
(i.e. coaching forms, Joint-Field-Work form, Remote-Client-Engagement call back form and certification, etc…)
Ensure all documents related to regulation requirements are in SharePoint
Be familiar with RCSA and CRA documentation to help with the documentation for audit purpose
Work with respective stakeholders to ensure SOPs are reviewed and updated on regular basis
Assist leaders and advisors on Agency related matters
Be involved in various Agency Projects to provide the necessary support
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in any discipline
Experienced working with large data spreadsheets and generating sales report using Excel
Good problem solver who is creative, structured and meticulous
Meticulous and process oriented
Customer service oriented with ability to connect with both internal and external stakeholders
Self-motivated individual who can work independently and in a team
Adaptable with ability to multi-task
