Job Description
The Education Department of Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine is offering a part-time position at our Novena Campus. Reporting to the Manager of Anatomy and Science Laboratory, the role requires a dynamic individual who will provide support to ensure classes are set up with the proper and working equipment.
Responsibilities:
-
Preparation of equipment and set up of classes -
Coordinator for hiring of student helpers and simulated patients -
Liaising with external HCI\xe2\x80\x99s for equipment -
Ensure proper tracking of equipment loan items and deposits -
Maintenance of anatomy laboratory and clinical equipment -
Tracking of purchases, invoice and payment schedule -
In charge of office stationery supplies and pantry fund
Requirements:

Diploma in any field -
Competent in Microsoft office -
Excellent time management and be able to work with students -
Open to travelling between NTU and our Novena campus, and have flexibility to work a full day (with off in-lieu) when required
This is a 3 years contract part-time position (0.5 FTE).
