Job Description
The Education Department of Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine is offering a part-time position at our Novena Campus. Reporting to the Manager of Anatomy and Science Laboratory, the role requires a dynamic individual who will provide support to ensure classes are set up with the proper and working equipment.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of equipment and set up of classes
Coordinator for hiring of student helpers and simulated patients
Liaising with external HCI\xe2\x80\x99s for equipment
Ensure proper tracking of equipment loan items and deposits
Maintenance of anatomy laboratory and clinical equipment
Tracking of purchases, invoice and payment schedule
In charge of office stationery supplies and pantry fund
Requirements:
Diploma in any field
Competent in Microsoft office
Excellent time management and be able to work with students
Open to travelling between NTU and our Novena campus, and have flexibility to work a full day (with off in-lieu) when required
This is a 3 years contract part-time position (0.5 FTE).
