Challenges
You will be an integral member of the department to perform administrative and office support activities. Duties may include:
To coordinate and compile diets orders from the Wards to Kitchen
To assist Chef in Kitchen operation and in-house events
To maintain & update all Labels, Posters & Charts in the Kitchen
To provide administrative support in In-house Events, Labels, Filing, Data Entry, Billing & Dispatch
To ensure Office is always manned during office hours and all calls to the department are attended to
To conduct internal QC checks on food temperature and quality
To ensure staff adhere to the safety rules and regulation practices
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of ISO documents
To process and perform any electronic data entry
To assist and cover other team members when necessary
To perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Levels
At least 2 years of related experience
Good communication and writing skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel
Preferably with Knowledge of FoodWorks 9 and Admin duties in an F&B environment
Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
