Job Description
Challenges
You will be an integral member of the department to perform administrative and office support activities. Duties may include:
- To coordinate and compile diets orders from the Wards to Kitchen
- To assist Chef in Kitchen operation and in-house events
- To maintain & update all Labels, Posters & Charts in the Kitchen
- To provide administrative support in In-house Events, Labels, Filing, Data Entry, Billing & Dispatch
- To ensure Office is always manned during office hours and all calls to the department are attended to
- To conduct internal QC checks on food temperature and quality
- To ensure staff adhere to the safety rules and regulation practices
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of ISO documents
- To process and perform any electronic data entry
- To assist and cover other team members when necessary
- To perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Levels
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Good communication and writing skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel
- Preferably with Knowledge of FoodWorks 9 and Admin duties in an F&B environment
- Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
