Up for an exciting new career We are now searching for an Executive Team Assistant to support our Global Fintech leadership team predominantly stationed across APAC. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior executives in the tech/startup industry, and performing a broad range of administrative tasks with speed and accuracy. Responsibilities You will manage complex calendars and schedule meetings on behalf of your stakeholders, and in the department, understanding the full context and business priorities You will act as a partner to the team, representing them both internally and externally and you will champion our company values You will handle meeting preparation by taking minutes and diligently tracking action items and follow-ups You will manage internal company processes, systems and people data for the department You will organise all events for the department, including team events, conferences & offsites You will meticulously track team budgets, partnering with the accounting department and the Directors to maintain goals You will manage all travel logistics, trip preparation & expense reporting for the Director of the department You will collaborate closely with C-level and management You will assist the team in their day to day work and all administrative support functions Requirements You have gained a minimum of 5 to 7 years of work experience, ideally in team support, and/or coordinator or project manager roles You have excellent communication skills ensuring that tact, discretion and diplomacy are at the forefront of your interactions You have first-class written and communication skills in English. You are customer focused, solution-oriented, discreet and resilient with excellent organisational and multitasking skills You can confidently manage a project from start to finish independently You are a natural relationship builder and have impeccable stakeholder management skills You are able to manage your own workload as needed, whilst juggling multiple tasks simultaneously within short time frames You are a pro-active, pragmatic and personable individual who enjoys interaction with diverse groups of people What we offer A dynamic and challenging work environment.
