Founded in 1952, PPIS (Persatuan Pemudi Islam Singapura or the Singapore Muslim Women\xe2\x80\x99s Association) is a non-profit organisation focused on community services. PPIS is dedicated to working with women of all ages in carrying out their multiple roles in society. We run three core community services, namely Family Services, Student Care, and a Residential Facility, serving as a secular halfway house for women engaged in community rehabilitation programs. With 10 centres island-wide, the services work together to provide quality and holistic support and developmental programmes for women and their families across the different phases of their lives.Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Liaise with donors, vendors, and other stakeholders to build and maintain relationships\xc2\xb7 Design engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and fundraising materials using Canva\xc2\xb7 Manage and maintain accurate records of donor interactions, donations, and vendor communications\xc2\xb7 Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts to promote fundraising campaigns and events\xc2\xb7 Provide administrative support to the fundraising team as neededRequirements\xc2\xb7 Diploma in any field\xc2\xb7 Able to commit to a minimum period of 4 \xe2\x80\x93 6 months.\xc2\xb7 Experience in marketing or events management will be advantageous\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Canva and other design tools\xc2\xb7 Basic experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team\xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail and analytical skillsApplication InstructionsPlease apply for this position by submitting your text CV using InternSG.
