Coordinate schedules and calendars of HOD, clinical roster planning and activation, arrange meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate daily administrative duties e.g. tracking departmental purchases and assets, initiating claims and procurement, department IT needs and other administrative duties as assigned
Attend departmental meetings
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of documents for audit.
Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Levels from a recognised institution
2. Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in healthcare or related field
3. Supervisory or administrative experience will be an added advantage
4. Able to communicate effectively with good interpersonal skills
5. Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with applications such as SAP and Skelta will be added advantage, but not necessary
6. Able to multitask and work efficiently as a team or independently
