Job Description

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3,900 to $5,500

• Annual Wage Supplement

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

• Location: Bukit Timah (walking distance from Cashew MRT)

• Social service organisation

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support CEO office with the administrative needs

• Manage CEO schedule, engagements, business travels

• Required to accompany CEO for key meetings, events and business trips

• Facilitate smooth communication between CEO and internal/ external stakeholders\' enquiries

• Plan, organize, execute business meetings, ensure all meetings (virtual or physical) run smoothly logistically

• Manage CEO\'s social media account or such channels on his behalf.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant working experience, with experience reporting to C-suite / management level
