Working Location: Central Area, Orchard
Job Responsibilities
- Provide personal assistance support to both SVP & Head of Adecco ASEAN and SVP, Head of Sales & Marketing, with emails, travels, calendar management etc
- Organise and coordinate monthly/quarterly/annually regional meetings, business reviews, conference calls with country heads and 1-1 meetings with Direct Reports in the region
- Assist in preparation of agendas/ presentations for meetings
- Expense management: Corporate credit card and general expenses claim
- Travel/hotel arrangements for visitors from any regional/global office
- Any other personal or adhoc tasks required
