Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides secretarial and administrative support to the Country Manager and Regional Manager Asia. And serves as a partner to the Country Manager, aligning key organizational projects, processes and procedures, facilitates and ensures the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
The role holder is expected to actively interact with Singapore Exco members, act as a point of contact with Asia leadership team and liaison with key stakeholders from APAC & Europe BU.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
\xc2\xb7 Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Country Manager and Regional Manager Asia:
\xc2\xb7 Effectively schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, with proper follow-up. Source and make restaurant reservations. Keep the Manager well informed of upcoming commitments.
\xc2\xb7 Organize full spectrum of travel arrangements including flights arrangements, visa applications and prepare complex travel itineraries, making travel changes whenever needed
\xc2\xb7 Manage and prepare monthly expenses and claims
\xc2\xb7 Assist in the hosting of senior leaders and overseas guests
\xc2\xb7 Gather, compile, verify and analyze information, to use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, presentations. Prepare presentations and supporting documentation on need basis.
\xc2\xb7 Act as a trusted thought partner to the Country Manager; serve as a sounding board for new ideas and initiatives
\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and facilitate strategic initiatives from development through to successful execution under the guidance of Country Manager and Singapore Exco members.
\xc2\xb7 Maintain a 360\xc2\xb0 view of Country Manager scope to manage priorities: assess inquiries directed to the Country Manager and propose the proper course of action or delegation to the appropriate individuals
\xc2\xb7 Work with Singapore exco and all internal stakeholders to coordinate and align on key organisational projects, processes and procedures for optimised efficiency and productivity
\xc2\xb7 Help the Country Manager to handle cadence and agendas of key meetings
