Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Meeting arrangement (internal & external including conference call and video conference)
  • Phone call management
  • Travel arrangement
  • Calendar management
  • Local E-desk support
  • Mail handling (distribution/courier)
  • Clerical support (fax, print, copying etc)
  • Workspace reservation
  • Visitor Care
  • Manage Time and Expenses # Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Business administration or relevant
  • At least 1-3 years\' EA/PA experience and good track record
  • Preferably with prior experiences providing support to a few managers / directors
  • The candidate should possess superior multi-tasking skills, good communication skills, and present a high level of professionalism and good working attitude.
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 6 Months Agency Contract role
