Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the Executive Leadership office.
End-to-end coordination of the executive leaderships\xe2\x80\x99 schedule which includes correspondence, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, communications, and other business requirements.
Assist and ensure timely submission of individual\xe2\x80\x99s expense claims for the Executive Leadership office.
Assist in travel management such as flights booking, hotel booking, visa application etc
Prepare and handle confidential documents and letters.
Assist to prepare presentations/deck, reports, and other documentation as requested.
Attend to incoming calls and visitors in a professional manner.
Liaise and engage with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner and act as first point of contact.
Responsible for the organization and coordination of office administration duties and office procedures which includes, office maintenance, courier documents and consignments.
Oversee facility management matters such as work-desk allocation, IT support, office access card, door system, building gantry, office renovation.
Manage and replenish of office supplies, refreshments, and stationeries.
Responsible for the upkeep of office environment and ensure office operations run smoothly.
Manage and assist staff enquiries and request.
Other ad-hoc duties as delegated.
