Job Description


:

  • Provide administrative support for conveyancing matters including sale and purchase, mortgage, refinancing, and redemption.
  • Conduct e-lodgement, e-stamping and searches.
  • Prepare conveyancing documentation.
  • Communicate with clients, banks, and other parties attendant to the conveyancing process.
  • Assist with filing, record-keeping and monitoring of deadlines.
  • Perform general administrative and secretarial duties.

Requirements: - 2 - 3 years’ experience as a conveyancing secretary in a law firm.
  • Meticulous, organised, and able to work well under tight deadlines.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written), and in Mandarin (spoken) to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
