JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the Marina Bay Sands’ Paiza Lifestyle Experience programs including the development, implementation, planning, curation, and management of select Marina Bay Sands’ luxury-focused, aspirational lifestyle activities. These activities include, but are not limited to, Paiza Golf Experiences, Paiza Yacht Experiences, Paiza Wine and Whiskey Experiences, Paiza Entertainment Box @ the National Stadium, Sailing experiences, etc.
Spearhead the development and implementation of select luxury brand partnership collaboration strategies and ensure that efforts are aligned with business strategies and executed effectively
Manage strategies related to overseas experience executions as required
Lead a team responsible for the management and execution of Paiza lifestyle experiences, including strategic development, negotiation, logistical planning, collaborative execution, and relationship/collaboration oversight
Identify and evaluate relevant experience opportunities that are aligned with Marina Bay Sands’ strategies in (i) creating an enhanced customer experience (ii) accessing potential Premium Mass and VIP/High Yield customers, (iii) increasing brand awareness and equity, and (iv) driving visitation and transactions throughout the property.
Develop and deliver relevant tracking analytics and reporting; ensuring ongoing evaluation, enhancement and optimization of experience and select partnership executions.
Work collaboratively and effectively with Senior Management, Regional Teams, and Property Team Members to ensure the highest levels of communication and understanding of all Paiza lifestyle experience strategies.
Engage with teams in the execution of specific strategic initiatives where experiences, partnerships, and collaboration activities have added value potential.
Effectively identify, develop, support, and grow talent under his/her leadership.
Enable and support a culture of communication, collaboration, knowledge, and professional growth to build strong relationships amongst the OneMBS teams.
Prioritize his/her own professional development and work with the SVP – Chief Casino Marketing Officer to enhance skills sets with respect to leadership, communication, organization, and strategic development.
Work frequently with Management to establish targets and objectives for his/her team.
Lead an iterative and comprehensive strategic planning process for his/her Team.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Work on other ad-hoc initiatives as required in a highly dynamic environment.
Ability and willingness to work flexible days and hours as required by the business.
Maintain a healthy work/life balance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
University Degree in Business or Marketing
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a marketing strategy or luxury experience leadership role
Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership marketing in the HNWI Luxury segment
Hospitality and/or gaming industry experience required
Strong execution, time-management and prioritization skills, with ability for attention to details
Possess business acumen, an analytical mind with a solid understanding of business objectives
Comfortable communicating with Senior Executives and working in a fast paced environment
Maintain a professional appearance with solid interpersonal communication & written skills
Ability and willingness to accept feedback, learn, and grow as an executive and leader
Confident and persuasive with strong influencing skills; able to gain internal support for new ideas and initiatives
Extensive knowledge of customer service and relationship marketing and database management which includes cost management, analysis, service recovery and target customer marketing
Ability to demonstrate leadership and team building skills and the ability to manage conflicting objectives
Excellent communication, public speaking and presentation skills and ability to leverage them effectively, both internally and externally, in meetings with senior management, colleagues, key vendors, customers, media, etc.
Comfortable communicating with Senior Executives and working in a fast-paced environment
